Shipping Methods and Costs: Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status online.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Issues: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@ommua.eu to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping: You will receive a return shipping label via email. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the label to the package.

Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location. Keep the tracking number for your records.
​
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.
